Fried cutlets are a thing of the past. I prepare stuffing with a new recipe: for lunch or dinner

Cutlets occupy an important part of the diet of modern man. There are many different types of cutlets, not only meat ones. Even for vegetarians there are interesting solutions in the form of vegetable cutlets and soy. However, the real cutlets should still be considered those that are prepared from meat products.

In our country, there are many different stories associated with cutlets

For example, the originally French dish lost its relevance in 1812. Of course, the reason is clear, but no one wanted to give up their favorite yastu. Therefore, the French names of cutlets simply translated into our manner.

We will tell you today about how you can diversify the usual cutlets.

Ingredients for cutlets with cheese filling:

  • minced meat – 350 g;
  • tomato sauce – 200 ml;
  • egg – pcs;
  • onion – pcs.;
  • breadcrumbs – 3 tablespoons;
  • mozzarella – 100 g;
  • parmesan – 30 g;
  • ketchup – 6 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • nutmeg – tsp;
  • coriander – a bunch;
  • ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
  • salt – ½ tsp.

Preparation of cutlets with cheese filling:

Prepare some products – grind parmesan on a fine grater, chop coriander finely. Add egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan and coriander

meat mixture, ground black pepper, salt and nutmeg, press garlic cloves through the press. Thoroughly mix all the components together to a homogeneous consistency.

Make a thin layer of minced meat, no more than 5 mm thick. With the help of a deep bowl, create tortillas with a diameter of about 10-12 cm.
