Meringue cookies ingredients:
- egg whites – 70 g;
- chocolate – 50 g
- sugar – 150 g
- nuts – 50 g;
- vanilla – a pinch.
Preparation of meringue cookies:
Pour vanilla into the egg whites, using a mixer beat the mixture to a white liquid mass. Gradually add granulated sugar to the mixture, one tablespoon at each stage of beating.
