Grabbing a can of beans for a delicious recipe. A new salad made from simple ingredients

There are several versions in the history of the bean. Some researchers believe that it originated in South America. Others claim that the ancient Greek writers Theophrastus and Dioscorides can be found references to this product. True the name was faceopus. The latter say that the homeland of the bean may be ancient India and China.

When America was discovered, the bean spread to European countries. Beans began to be grown en masse, even more than peas. Of course, because it has a lot of useful substances: vitamins, minerals, fats and vegetable protein. Let’s use beans in our salad!

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 1 can of beans;
  • 2 cucumbers;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • Dill;
  • Salt;
  • Mayonnaise.

Preparation:

To prepare the salad, we will need to boil two eggs, and then cut them into cubes. We pour the prepared ingredients into a deep bowl. Open a can of beans and mix it with eggs.

Transfer to the salad. Cut off the tips of two small cucumbers, then cut the vegetables into cubes. Both fresh and pickled cucumbers are suitable, in our case – fresh. Pour them over the rest of the ingredients.

Two cloves of garlic are sent under the press and also add to the salad. As greens, we take fragrant dill and chop it finely.

The salad smells very appetizing, but it lacks salt. Add it to taste. We dress it with two spoons of mayonnaise. You can use both homemade and store-bought. It’s time to mix the ingredients with each other.
