Ingredients:
- flour 400 gr;
- sausages 5 pieces;
- cheese 100 gr;
- milk 300 ml;
- egg 1 piece;
- sugar 1 tablespoon;
- salt 1 teaspoon;
- baking soda 0.5 teaspoon;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation:
Sausages and hard cheese rub on a coarse grater. Combine these two ingredients in one bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate container pour 300 ml of milk. Break one hen’s egg. Pour one teaspoon of salt, as well as one tablespoon of sugar.
Then add one tablespoon of vegetable oil and baking soda

0.5 teaspoon is enough. Stir everything with a whisk.
Sifted flour into our mixture. Knead first with a spatula, and then with your hands. Divide the resulting dough into 16-18 pieces and
roll out with a rolling pin. Put the filling in the middle, pinch the edges, making a pie. Turn the patties upside down.
Put the pan on the stove and pour a lot of vegetable oil. Put the patties and cook on medium heat until golden color. Then turn them over.
Fry all the blanks, and then lay out on the table on a beautiful saucer. That’s how quickly and easily we got patties with a delicious filling. This appetizing solution will suit both for breakfast and for a snack.
