From liver people are able to make canned food, cutlets, pates and sausages. There is another way to use the product – put chicken liver in pita bread. The recipe we will tell you today.
Ingredients:
- 240 gr pita;
- 3 eggs;
- 100 gr of cheese;
- 350 gr chicken liver;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- 1/2 teaspoon salt;
- Black pepper.
Preparation:
Place the chicken livers in a blender. Break one chicken egg. Pour half a teaspoon of salt, as well as black pepper. In the same container send 2-3 cloves of garlic. Beat all the ingredients with a blender until homogeneous.
Take three lavash and smear them with our mixture. Sprinkle the top with finely grated cheese.
Then roll up into a roll. Using a knife, divide each product into 6 small portioned pieces.
In a separate bowl break two chicken eggs. Add a small amount of salt and beat with a fork
. Put a pan with oil on the stove. Our pita products are dipped first in eggs, and then send to fry.
Cook until golden on both sides on low heat.
Do not forget to cover with a lid so that everything is well cooked.
There is another way using pita bread. Divide it into long strips, smear each of them with melted cheese and diced pickles. Wrap it in a triangle.
