Meat pie from my grandmother’s recipe. I make it at least three times a week

Meat in pies plays a big role, because thanks to it, baked goods turn out hearty and delicious. Previously, this dish could be found only on the tables of wealthy people, but now almost any store offers such a treat.

There are many recipes for cooking baked goods with meat, which gives room for the development of culinary skills, and also inspires the invention of their novelties.

There is no need to stop yourself, get down to cooking sooner rather than later. Here is a new recipe that allows you to make a tasty treat with meat.

Ingredients:

  • 800 grams of flour;
  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 1 teaspoon of leavening agent;
  • 400 gr meat;
  • 3 onions;
  • 150 gr butter;
  • 2 eggs;
  • Water;
  • 1 teaspoon salt;
  • Spices.

Preparation:

Pour 250 ml of water and 250 ml of milk into a deep bowl. Pour in one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of baking powder. Stir with a spatula

and add 800 grams of flour. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. First with a spatula, and then knead with your hands. Transfer the dough into a plastic bag and leave it for 1 hour. Cover with a kitchen towel

. 400 grams of meat mixed with finely chopped onions. Add salt to taste. Mix the ingredients and divide into 4 parts.

Return to the dough, cut it into 4 pieces. Roll balls. Roll out each of them into a thin layer, sprinkle with flour.

Melt butter in the microwave and grease one layer

Lay out 1/4 of the meat, spreading it evenly over the entire surface.
