Ingredients for the shortcakes:
- Eggs – 4 pcs;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Sugar – 150 g;
- Cottage cheese – 200 g;
- Butter – 100 g;
- Flour – 200 g;
- Baking soda – 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the cream:
- Sour cream – 300 g;
- Boiled condensed milk – 360 g;
- Butter – 50 g.
Preparation of sour cream cake:
Mix eggs with salt and sugar, beat with a mixer until a lush white mass. Add cottage cheese to the egg
mixture
, pour in melted butter and mix.
Pour flour and baking powder into the mixture and knead the dough
.
Knead a sticky, homogeneous dough into 3 equal parts and
place each part on a separate baking tray lined with parchment. You can put the dough in a pastry ring on the tray and spread the dough over its area.
Bake the cakes in this way for 7-8 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius

Stack the cakes on top of each other and remove any unevenness.
For the cream, mix sour cream with condensed milk and butter with a mixer.
Smear each cake with cream, lay it out also on the top.
Work the cream
