Ingredients:
- Pumpkin – 500 g;
- Sweet pepper – 1 pc;
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Cheese – 40 g;
- Ground black pepper – a pinch;
- Salt;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of pumpkin pizza:
Remove the insides of the sweet peppers and cut into small cubes.
Sauté
the peppers in a frying pan with vegetable oil for a couple of minutes.
Peel the pumpkin from seeds and peel, cut it into small cubes.
Sauté
the pumpkin and pepper for 2 minutes and then stew under a lid at minimum heat. Chop
the tomatoes finely and add them to the stewed pumpkin
.
Press the garlic cloves through a press. Continue to stew the vegetables.
Salt the eggs separately, grate cheese to them and mix. Put the stewed vegetables in a mold for baking, pepper and cover with a mixture of egg and cheese.

Bake the pizza at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
