Ingredients:
- Apples – 400 g;
- Yogurt – 250 ml;
- Gelatin – 10 g;
- Water – 70 ml.
Preparation of apple mousse:
Divide each apple in two, remove the core and place cut side down on a baking tray. Pierce the skin of each apple with a skewer, pour in a couple of spoons of water and bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
While the apples cool down, mix water with gelatin and leave for 5 minutes. Warm the swollen gelatin in a saucepan.
Put the apple pulp in a separate container, removing the peel. Mix the apple pulp with yogurt, beat with an immersion blender until homogeneous.
Then pour gelatin into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
You can at this stage add a sweetener, for example, honey.
Pour the mousse into molds and leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

If desired, you can leave out sweeteners, then the calorie content of the dish will be even lower.
