A festive salad fulfills quite a few functions on the table. It is a decoration of the celebration, an excellent hearty appetizer for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
An interesting combination of ingredients in the salad can become the highlight of the festive evening. To surprise your guests, you do not need to buy exotic products. It is enough to properly prepare a puff salad that everyone will like.
Such a salad is “Winter Fusion”. It combines a slight saltiness of mushrooms, creaminess of cheese and sweetness of pineapples. The salad is very hearty, as it has layers of chicken meat and eggs. At the same time, it is quite tender, as each layer is soaked in mayonnaise. Garlic in mayonnaise sauce adds a little spiciness to the salad. It is not strongly felt in the salad, due to which it does not interrupt the flavor of the other ingredients.
Let’s prepare together a salad “Winter Fusion”
Ingredients:
- Smoked chicken fillet – 300 g;
- Champignons – 500 g;
- Canned pineapples – 180 g;
- Cream cheese – 2 pcs;
- Eggs – 4 pcs;
- Mayonnaise;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- Cucumber – ½ pcs.
Preparation of the salad “Winter Fusion”:
Pass garlic cloves through the press to the mayonnaise, mix. Cut thin plates of mushrooms and fry them in a frying pan in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.
Grease the bottom of the salad bowl with a drop of mayonnaise, put a layer of fried mushrooms. Smear the mushroom layer with sauce, rub boiled eggs on it.
Smear the layer of eggs with mayonnaise

Cut finely smoked chicken fillet, put it on the egg layer.
Cut small cubes of canned pineapple. Cover the chicken layer with a mesh of mayonnaise and pineapples.
Smear the pineapple layer with mayonnaise. Grate cheese on a coarse grater and place on the pineapple layer.

Cover the cheese layer with mayonnaise and put the salad in the refrigerator for an hour.

Cut cucumber into thin slices and decorate the salad with it.
