- Eggs – 4 pcs;
- Sugar – 250 g;
- Butter – 100 g;
- Flour – 550 g;
- Baking soda – 1 tsp;

- Milk – 500 ml;
- Sugar – 100 g;
- Starch – 50 g;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Butter – 250 g;
- Condensed milk – 300 g;
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g.
Preparation of cottage cheese cake:
Break eggs into a deep bowl, pour salt and sugar, beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes until whitened. Pour the cottage cheese into the mixture, if it is grainy, then pass it through a sieve.
Pour the melted not hot butter into the mixture, mix the components. Pour a part of flour and baking soda into the mixture, knead the dough, gather it into a lump
