Apple jam is a dessert made from apples with sugar and other ingredients. It can be thick or liquid, sweet or sweet and sour, depending on the recipe.

- sugar – 800 g;
- citric acid – 1/3 tsp;
- water – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of apple jam:
Clean the apples from the seed pods and cut into thin small slices. Pour water into a saucepan and put the apples, pour 200 grams of sugar into it.
Stir and cook the apples over medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour another 200 grams of sugar, along with citric acid, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Also do with the remaining 400 grams of sugar, pour and cook for 5 minutes each time. Then remove the jam into jars and let it cool down.
