Ingredients:
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Margarine – 450 g;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Flour – 900 g;
- Water – 300 ml;

- Butter – 450 g;
- Condensed milk – 760 g;
- Vanilla sugar – a pinch.
Preparation of Napoleon cake:
Into cold water pour salt, pour vinegar, break eggs and stir. Put the water in the refrigerator, grate cold margarine on a coarse grater into the flour.
Mix margarine and flour quickly, and then pour the cold water and eggs into the depression. Quickly gather the ingredients into a lump of dough.
Leave the dough in cellophane for 20 minutes in the freezer, then divide into 8 equal parts. While rolling out one layer, the others should be put in the fridge.
