Pies are a delicious type of baked goods that many people are familiar with. Most people were baked pies by their grandmothers when they were children. Bake yourself a berry pie with sour cream filling
Ingredients:
- butter – 110 g;
- powdered sugar – 80 g;
- egg – 1 pc;
- salt – a pinch;
- leavening agent – 2 g;
- flour – 220 g;
- vanilla sugar – 10 g.
Ingredients for the filling:
- sour cream 15% – 400 g;
- sugar – 150 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- cornstarch – 25 g;
- vanilla sugar – a pinch;
- berries.
Preparation of berry pie with sour cream filling:
Pour powdered sugar and salt into the soft dough, stir with a spatula. Beat the egg separately, pour it into the butter and mix again.
Combine the flour and baking powder, ⅓ of it is separated. Sift most of the flour into the butter and egg and knead into an elastic dough.
Pour the rest of the flour onto the table and continue to knead the dough with your hands on the work surface. Cover the baking dish with parchment, divide the dough into two parts and
roll out one part into a round with the same diameter as the dish. Place the dough in the mold, spreading it on the bottom. Make two sausages from the second part, spread them on the sides of the mold, making them flatter.
Create holes in the bottom of the mold with a fork

For the filling, combine sugar and starch, add eggs to the sour cream, mix.
Pour the starch with classic and vanilla sugar into the sour cream, mix the components. Place berries on the bottom of the mold, pour the sour cream mixture over them.
Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
It is important that the baking is sent to the oven immediately after pouring. This way it will not get soggy because of the pouring.
