The dessert sour cream trubochki came about as a result of experimentation with baking and ingredients. Sour cream tubes are popular in Russia and some other countries. They are a crispy sand dough with a delicate filling of sour cream. This dessert can be both sweet and unsweetened, depending on the recipe.
The composition of the tubes includes cottage cheese, which is very useful for the body. This fermented milk product contains many useful substances. It contains a lot of calcium, which is necessary for the health of bones and teeth, as well as for the normal functioning of muscles and nervous system.
Curd also contains vitamins A, C, E, B, B, PP, H, as well as macro- and microelements such as magnesium, potassium, sodium, sulfur, phosphorus and others.
Ingredients:
- sour cream – 200 ml;
- butter – 200 g;
- flour – 400 g;
- cottage cheese – 250 g;
- sugar – 150 g;
- vanillin – a pinch.
Preparation of sour cream pipes:
Mix soft butter with sour cream and beat thoroughly with a mixer for a minute. Sift 200 grams of flour into the mixture and beat the components with a mixer
. Then pour the rest of the flour into the dough, knead with your hands soft and elastic dough. Divide the dough into pieces of 50 grams, form the koloboks.
For the filling, mix cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla. Roll out each lump into thin layers with a diameter of less than 20 cm.
Put the curd filling in each layer, fold the edges and wrap the curd into a roll.
Place the rolls on a baking tray and bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
You can sprinkle the rolls with powdered sugar. You get simple delicious sour cream rolls with cottage cheese.
