Ingredients:

  • Boiled beets – 500 g;
  • Prunes – 80 g;
  • Walnuts – 80 g;
  • Raisins – 60 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp;
  • Salt – a pinch.

Preparation of beet salad:

Peel beets and grate them on a coarse grater. If the beet is not sweet, you can add a spoonful of sugar to it. Also grate garlic on a fine grater and add to the beets.

Cut prunes into longitudinal strips, chop walnuts. Add prunes, walnuts and raisins to the beets, pour vegetable oil, salt.

Mix all the components, add lemon juice. Also mix the salad, let it infuse for 15 minutes.
