Ingredients for the dough:

  • Eggs – 3 pcs;
  • Sugar – 120 g;
  • Vanilla sugar – a pinch;
  • Vegetable oil – 80 g;
  • Milk – 100 g;
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp;
  • Wheat flour – 200 g;
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Berries (cherries and currants) – 120 g;
  • Starch – 1 tsp.

Preparation of berry pie:

Beat the eggs with a mixer until lush, and then gradually pour sugar. Continue beating the egg mixture until white, pour in vanilla sugar and salt.

Pour milk and vegetable oil into the mixture, stir until the products are combined. Gradually pour the flour and baking powder into the mixture, knead a thick biscuit dough.

Cover the baking dish with parchment and place the dough in it, spread it evenly

For the filling, mix berries with starch and place on the top of the pie

. You can also add almond petals to the top to taste. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
