Ingredients for the marinade:
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- paprika – 1 tsp;
- ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp;
- cumin – 1 tsp;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 6 tbsp.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- hams – 9 pcs;
- vegetable oil – 4 tbsp;
- onion – 1 pc;
- carrots – 1 pcs;
- bell pepper – 2 pcs.;
- mushrooms – 250 g;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- paprika – 1 tsp;
- ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp;
- hard cheese – 40 g;
- parsley – a bunch.
Ingredients for the glaze:
- paprika – 1 tbsp;
- honey – 1 tbsp;
- soy sauce – 3 tbsp.
Ingredients for baked hams:
For the marinade, grind garlic on a fine grater, mix with paprika, ground black pepper, cumin, salt and vegetable oil. Carefully remove the bone and tendons from the hams, making the layer of meat more even.
Cover the layer of meat with food film, beat each ham with a hammer. Then smear all the hams with marinade and fold them in two.
Leave the meat under the food film to marinate for 15-20 minutes. At this time, chop onions finely, grate carrots on a coarse grater.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry onions first, then add carrots and pre-cut bell peppers. Fry
the components for 2-3 minutes, and then add mushrooms

Fry
mushrooms and vegetables until moisture evaporates, add paprika and ground black pepper to the mixture. Grate cheese on a coarse grater and chop parsley, put in the stuffing of mushrooms and vegetables, mix. Put
