Ingredients:

  • Cucumbers – 4 kg;
  • Vegetable oil – 200 ml;
  • Vinegar 9% – 200 ml;
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp;
  • Salt – 3 tbsp;
  • Dry mustard – 2 tbsp;
  • Garlic – 2 tbsp;
  • Garlic – 10 cloves;
  • Ground black pepper – 1 tsp;
  • Ground red pepper – 1 tsp.

Preparation of cucumber appetizer:

Cut the cucumbers across into 7-8 mm thick circles.
