Let’s tell about one of the universal ones.
Ingredients:
- Boiled beets – 400 g;
- Onion – 150 g;
- Carrots – 1 pc;
- Canned beans – 400 g;
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- Vegetable oil – 5 tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Ground coriander – ½ tsp;
- Utskho-suneli – ½ tsp;
- Hops – ¼ tsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
Dice onions into small cubes, grate carrots on a coarse grater. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry onions and carrots.
Add canned beans to the mixture with the juice, fry. Knead the beans into the frying mixture with a crusher.
While the frying mixture is cooling, boil, peel and grate the beet on a coarse grater. Add the beets to the beet and garlic cloves.
Add the beet mixture to the beet, salt, ground coriander, hopeli-suneli and utskho-suneli, mix.
It turns out to be an interesting beet salad. It can also be used as a pate on bread.
