Chicken legs in the oven are one of the self-sufficient and tasty treats on the holiday table. Of course, if you make a good marinade and let the chicken soak properly. Our recipe today includes not only a good marinade, but also an extra sweet and sour sauce that complements the flavor perfectly.

Ingredients:
- chicken legs – 2.5 kg;
- coriander – tsp;
- chili souneli – tsp;
- smoked paprika – tsp;
- dried garlic – tsp;
- black pepper ½ tsp;
- salt;
- mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- ketchup – tbsp;
- sugar – tsp;
Preparation of chicken legs:
We use a large pot to marinate the chicken legs. Lay out a layer of legs, coat each one with salt and cover with a mixture of paprika, hopli suneli, coriander, dried garlic and pepper. Put the next layer of chicken and repeat the process.
Now add mayonnaise and mix with your hands. Leave to marinate in a cold place for 3-4 hours.
Transfer in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment. Send to the oven heated to 200 degrees, mode top bottom. Cook for 50 minutes and take out.
Lubricate with sauce, for its preparation we use ketchup and sugar. Mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves. Smear
each leg with the sauce, send it to the oven and cook for another 10 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to 230 degrees.
