Ingredients:

  • turkey -200 g;
  • cucumber – ½ pcs;
  • apple – ½ pc;
  • corn – 180 g.

Ingredients for dressing:

  • salt – a pinch;
  • pepper – a pinch;
  • sour cream – 1.5 tbsp;
  • grainy mustard – 1 tsp.

Preparation of salad “Unloading”:

Boil in salted boiling water turkey, cool and cut into small pieces. Cut apple and cucumber into small straws, add to the turkey meat.

Pour corn, black pepper and salt into the salad. Dress the salad with sour cream and mustard, mix thoroughly.
