- Egg – 1 pc;
- Kefir – 200 ml;
- Sugar – 2 tbsp;
- Vanilla sugar – a pinch;
- Flour – 200 g;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Soda – ½ tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- Apples – 2 pcs.
Preparation of apple fritters:
Break an egg into a bowl, pour in kefir, pour vanilla and regular sugar, salt, mix everything thoroughly.
