Ingredients:

  • boiled beets – 4 pcs;
  • pickled cucumbers – 4 pieces;
  • boiled eggs – 4 pcs;

  • mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.

Preparation of beet salad:

Grate the peeled beet on a coarse grater. Cut pickled cucumbers into small cubes and put them to the beets. Cut small pieces of hard-boiled eggs, add to the beets and cucumbers.
