A cake is a dessert made of soft sponge cake and luscious cream, served on important holidays. That being said, there are over 10,000 different types of cakes in the world. The most famous are considered Napoleon, Prague, Medovik, Milk Girl. The popularity of these cakes is due to their unusual flavor. Each of the cakes differs in the combination of components. For example, the taste of Medovik is directly related to honey cakes, and Prague – with chocolate sponge cakes.

Of course, every year it becomes more difficult to find something new in terms of pastry art.
Let’s turn to homemade pastry to create something unique.
Masha cake batter ingredients:
- Condensed milk – 300 g;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Butter – 100 g;
- Flour – 140 g.
Ingredients for the cream:
- Sour cream 25% – 400 g;
- Boiled condensed milk – 3 tbsp;
- Cocoa – 1 tbsp.
Preparation of Masha cake:
In a bowl with condensed milk pour salt and leavening agent, add eggs. Melt butter and pour into condensed milk, mix the components.
Sift flour into condensed milk and knead a thick batter

Pour the dough onto a
baking
tray covered with parchment, spread
it
evenly over the surface.
Bake the crust at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, and then divide it into 3 equal parts.
For the cream, mix sour cream with boiled condensed milk and cocoa.
Put the cream on each cake, spread it in even layers.
Assemble the cake from the cakes and cream, smear the sides of the cake.
Leave the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
You can optionally decorate the cake with icing and chocolate chips.
You get a simple cake, which is not ashamed to serve to guests.
