Ingredients for beet salad:
- Beet – 1 pc;
- Pickled cucumber – 1 pc;
- Onion – 1/2 pc;
- Pickle brine – 50 ml;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;

- Sesame;
- Parsley – a bundle.
Preparation of beet salad:
Rub the peeled beets on a Korean-style grater. We slice onion feathers, and also chop a thin strip of salted cucumbers. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry first onion 2-3 minutes, and then add beets to it.
