  • Milk – 500 ml;

  • Leavening agent – 2 tsp;
  • Eggs – 2 pcs;
  • Salt – 2 tsp;
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp;
  • Flour – 900 g.

Ingredients for stuffing:

  • Beets – 1 pc;
  • Carrots – 1 pc;
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp;
  • Prunes, to taste.

Preparation of beet pies:

For the filling, grate the peeled beets and carrots on a coarse grater. Put the vegetables in a saucepan, mix with sugar and bring to a boil.
