Ingredients for pasta soup:
- chicken thighs – 4 pcs;
- carrots – 2 pcs;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- bay leaf – 2 pcs;
- butter – 30 g;
- green pepper – pcs;

- flour – 2 tbsp;
- pasta – 100 g.
Preparation of pasta soup:
Cut into large cubes an onion, one carrot into large slices. In a saucepan put chicken thighs, carrots, onions and bay leaves, pour water.
On medium heat bring water to a boil, remove the white foam from the surface. Then under a lid cook vegetables and meat over low heat for 30 minutes.
Remove chicken meat from the broth, strain the liquid itself. In a saucepan combine a little vegetable oil and butter. Accordingly, melt the butter in the saucepan.
Chop the second carrot on large grating cutters, fry in a saucepan until golden on medium heat. Cut fresh onion in half rings, send to fry with carrots.
