It is impossible to imagine any feast without delicious and interesting salads. Traditionally, for birthdays, New Year, Christmas and other celebrations we prepare olivier, herring under a fur coat and caesar. However, these salads have recently become less and less popular with guests. The fact is that these dishes are banal, and in the modern abundance of dishes want something more unusual.
To surprise relatives, friends and family, it is worth cooking something new. This salad will be the highlight of the program and will finish faster than the notorious Olivier.
Ingredients for women’s salad:
- potatoes – 5 pcs;
- ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
- chicken fillet – 2 pcs;
- garlic – clove;
- prunes – 3-4 pcs;
- mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons;
- nuts – 50 g;
- sour cream – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of women’s salad:
Combine together sour cream and mayonnaise. Grind a garlic clove through a press and together with pepper add to the sour cream-mayonnaise mixture. Mix the ingredients and get the dressing for the salad.
Soak prunes in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Boil potatoes and chicken breast fillets until ready. Do not forget to salt these products to taste.
Potatoes then need to get rid of the skin and shred on large grater teeth. Part of the potato shavings – the basis of our salad.
We separate the chicken meat by fibers, lay half of it on the potato base, evenly distributing on the surface. Lubricate the tier with meat with prepared sauce.
Cooled prunes cut into straws and put on top of the sauce.

Only now you need to drench each tier with dressing.
In a blender or with a rolling pin crush nuts, walnuts are perfect for the salad. Sprinkle the top with nut crumbs and leave to soak for 8 hours.
The finished salad looks unusual, it is prepared simply. Products are available for any budget, while getting a new, unlike anything salad.
