Ingredients:
- kefir – 300 ml;
- salt – a pinch;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- egg – pcs;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- flour – 200 g;
- baking soda – ½ tsp;
- apples – 2 pcs.
Preparation of apple fritters:
In a bowl with kefir pour salt and sugar, break an egg, pour vegetable oil, mix the components. Pour flour and baking soda into the mixture, knead the dough.
Peel the apples from the peel and seed pods, cut into small cubes. Put the apple pieces into the dough, mix.
Put the dough into a pastry bag. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, decant portions of fritters there.
It is important that ⅓ of the dough is drowned in oil.
Fry the fritters under a lid on one side until golden. Fry the other side without the lid.
