Pancakes are one of the most popular and favorite dishes. They are small puffed flatbreads. Flapjacks can be sweet or unsweetened, depending on the recipe and the cook’s preferences. Flapjacks
have a simple and clear composition, but they have a unique taste and flavor. They can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner, as well as used as a snack or dessert.
Fritters are perfectly combined with various additives: sour cream, honey, jam, condensed milk, berries, fruits.
There are many recipes for fritters, which differ in composition, method of preparation and flavor.
Ingredients:
- Apples – 3 pcs;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Sugar – 2 tbsp;
- Yogurt – 150 g;
- Coconut shavings – 1 tbsp;
- Flour – 6 tbsp;
- Baking powder – 1 tsp;
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g.
Preparation of fritters:
Peel the apples from the peel and cut into circles 2-3 cm thick. Remove the core of each apple, thus creating rings.
For the dough in a bowl break the eggs, pour vanilla and classic sugar, add yogurt, coconut shavings and mix. Pour the flour and baking powder into the mixture and knead the dough.
Coat each apple circle in the dough

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and place apples in the dough.
Fry the battered apples on each side until golden.
After cooking the apple fritters, you can dip them in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. This will make the fritters even sweeter and tastier.
