This is a very simple and flavorful snack, which you can safely put on the holiday table, eat every day.
To prepare it, you will need the following ingredients:
- red sweet pepper, 1.5 kg;
- garlic, 1 head;
- parsley, 1 bundle;
- water, 750 ml;
- sugar, 250 g;
- vinegar, 250 ml;
- salt, 15 g;
- vegetable oil, 30 ml.
Cooking process
You can take peppers not only red, the main thing is that he was fleshy.
Cut the pepper into 4 – 6 slices
. Garlic and greens are finely chopped.
For the marinade, dilute salt, sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar in water, bring everything to a boil and throw the pepper.
Cook from the moment of boiling for about 5 – 7 minutes.

Fill the jars with peppers, alternate with garlic and herbs, seal.
Pour hot marinade into the jars, screw on the lids and turn over. The jars
are wrapped and left until completely cooled
