Fresh and flavorful salads will be a great addition to meat and fish dishes.
Salad of young cabbage, cucumbers with sour cream
For preparation you will need such ingredients:

cabbage, 400 g;
– corn, 100 g;
– green apple, 1 pc;
– cucumber, 1 pc;
– dill, salt and pepper to taste;
– sour cream, 3 – 4 tbsp
;
– lemon juice, 1 tbsp
.
Cooking process
Apple, if desired, peel off the peel, rub on a coarse grater or cut into small straws, splash with lemon juice.
Cabbage finely chopped, cucumber cut into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients, season with salt and pepper, sour cream to taste.
Cilantro salad with eggs:

cabbage, 400 g;
– cucumber, 2 pcs;
– dill and cilantro to taste;
– eggs, 4 pcs;
– mustard, 1 – 2 tsp
; – sour cream, 3 tbsp
; – salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking process
Boil eggs, cool down and grate them on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes
. Cucumbers also cut, chop greens,
finely
chop cabbage
. Mix all ingredients, season with salt, pepper, mustard and sour cream
.
