Potato flatbread is a simple and delicious dish that can be a great choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is made from affordable ingredients and does not take much time to prepare.

Ingredients:
- potatoes – 2 pcs;
- egg – pcs;
- cheese – 40 g;
- Flour – 2 tbsp;
- green onion – 15 g;
- salt – ⅓ tsp.
Preparation of potato flatbread:
Boil potatoes until ready, peel and grate on a fine grater. Grate the cheese and add it to the potatoes along with the egg.
Pour the flour into the mixture and stir to combine. Shinkuem finely green onions, put into the mixture, salt, optional pepper and sprinkle with ground red pepper.
