Ingredients:

- Milk – 100 ml;
- Sausages – 2 pcs;
- Onion – pcs;
- Cheese – 150 g;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Salt – ⅓ tsp;
- Paprika;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Dill – a bunch.
Preparation of onion sandwiches:
Crack an egg into a bowl, salt, sprinkle with paprika, rub a clove of garlic to it, pour in 50 ml of milk. Finely chop the onion, grate the cheese and sausages.
Add the cheese and onion to the egg and mix. Add sausages and milk to the mixture, mix again. Chop
dill, pour into the mixture, mix. Dip the bread slices into the mixture so that the bread is soaked in it.
Place the bread on a baking tray lined with parchment. Put the onion mixture on the slices, bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
