Ingredients:

  • Pork mince – 400 g;
  • Sweet pepper – ½ pc;
  • Onion – 1 pc;
  • Dried garlic – ½ tsp;
  • Cilantro – bundle;
  • Parsley – a bunch;
  • Salt – ½ tsp;
  • Eggplant – 2 pcs.

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • Onions – 1 pc;
  • Sweet pepper – 2 pcs;
  • Tomatoes – 4 pcs;
  • Paprika – 1 tsp;
  • Basil – 1 tsp;
  • Salt – a pinch.

Preparation of eggplants with minced meat:

Chop finely sweet pepper and onion, add the vegetables to the mince along with dry garlic and salt.

Mix all the ingredients in the mince

leave for 10 minutes. At this time, cut eggplants into plates lengthwise, about 1 cm thick.
