Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 3 pcs;
  • onion – 1 pc;
  • egg – pcs;
  • sour cream – 100 g;
  • soy sauce – 30 ml;
  • dried garlic – a pinch;
  • flour – 4 tbsp.

Cooking chicken in batter:

Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into thin steaks, under the film batter them with a hammer and salt. For the batter, grate the onion, beat an egg, add sour cream and soy sauce.

Pour flour and dried garlic into the mixture and stir. Grease each steak with the mixture, stack them on top of each other.

After 1-1,5 hours fry the chicken in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden on both sides.
