Cookies for this cake can be taken any kind of cookies.
For preparation you will need the following ingredients:

cookies, 450 g;
– sugar, 7 tbsp
; – milk, 520 ml; –
egg yolk, 1 pc;
– cocoa, 2 tbsp
; – starch, 2.5 tbsp
; – butter, 50 g;
– vanilla extract, 1 tsp.
Milk (500 ml) is divided into 2 parts.
In the second part of the milk add the egg yolk, 3 tbsp. sugar, vanilla and starch, stir until completely homogeneous, so that there were no lumps
. Pour this mixture into the boiling milk and stirring constantly, cook a thick pudding
.
Cover the mold with cling film and place the first layer of cookies. Then the cream, again cookies. By alternating layers of pudding and cookies, form the whole cake.
For the glaze we combine sugar (4 tbsp) with milk (1 tbsp) and cocoa
.
When the mixture comes to a boil, add butter and remove from the heat, stir until homogeneous. Pour over the cake and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
