Ingredients:
- warm milk – 150 ml;
- sugar – 1 tsp;
- yeast – 1 tsp;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp;
- egg – 1 pc;
- flour – 300 g;
- butter – 50 g;
- green onions – 40 g.
Preparation of fritters:
In a bowl with warm milk pour sugar, yeast and salt, mix. Break an egg into the yeast milk, pour in vegetable oil, mix.
