  • Mushrooms – 300 g;
  • Onion – 1 pc;
  • Sour cream – 200 g;
  • Water – 200 ml;
  • Flour – 1 tbsp;
  • Ground black pepper – a pinch;
  • Salt – ⅓ tsp.

Cooking kolduns in Belarusian style:

For the stuffing into minced meat through a meat grinder chop onion, mix, salt and pepper. For the dough we grate the peeled potatoes on a small grater
