Chebureks are familiar to most people who lived in the Soviet Union. The fact is that it was in the USSR that this dish of Turkic origin gained maximum popularity. Chebureks
were cooked at train stations and in parks. It was a hearty dish, which you can snack on. It can be said that chebureks – this is one of the first representatives of street food.
Now to chebureks quite categorically changed opinion. Many believe that this pastry can be poisoned. However, properly cooked chebureks will not harm the body.
It is worth trying to cook chebureks with zucchini stuffing
.
Ingredients:
- zucchini – 400 g;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- spinach – a bunch;
- green onions – a bunch;
- salt – a pinch;
- brynza – 150 g;
- pita – 4 sheets;
- egg – pcs.
Cooking chebureks with zucchini:
Cut a small diced onion, in a frying pan in vegetable oil fry until light golden color. Grate zucchini on a coarse grater, salt and leave for 10 minutes.
Squeeze zucchini mass from excess liquid and put it to the onion, fry together. Chop green onions and spinach, mix with zucchini and onion mass
. Using a flat plate, cut pita into circles

Grease the circumference of each flatbread with beaten egg.
Put stuffing in the center of each circle, grate cheese in the same place.
Bring the opposite ends of the circle together, sealing the filling inside the chebureks.
Fry the chebureks in a frying pan in a little oil until browned

You get simple chebureks without kneading the dough. The main thing is not to take too thin pita for the recipe, otherwise the chebureks may fall apart.
