Ingredients for cottage cheese:
- cottage cheese (5-9%) – 180 g;
- egg – 1 pc;
- salt – a pinch;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- leavening agent – ½ tsp;
- rice flour – 4 tbsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- cottage cheese – 70 g;
- sour cream – 50 g;
- sugar – 1 tbsp;
- berries – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of cottage cheese berry vatruchki:
Mix cottage cheese with egg, salt and sugar until homogeneous mass. Add flour and baking powder to the curd mixture, knead a slightly sticky dense dough.
Form 3 balls of dough weighing 110 grams

Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking parchment
, lightly press each ball and use a shot glass to make wide hollows inside.

Take the watrushki into the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C.
For the filling, mix cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar. Spread the filling in the vatrushki, put berries on top. Bake the watrushki for another 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
