Ingredients:
- flour – 175 g;
- Greek yogurt – 5 tbsp;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- egg – 1 pc;
- leavening agent – 2 tsp;
- vanilla sugar – 10 g.
Preparation of fritters:
In a bowl with egg pour classic and vanilla sugar, pour in vegetable oil and mix thoroughly until the grains of sand are dissolved. Add Greek yogurt to the mixture, mix.
Pour the flour and baking powder into the mixture, knead into a thick dough. Place the dough in a pastry bag.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, spiralize a portion of dough inside, create fritters.
