Pudding is a delicious and delicate dessert that is most often cooked in the oven or on a water bath. The first recipe for such a dish was created in 1824. Over a long period of time, many other variants of its preparation with different fillings became known. But until now, the favorite dessert among children and adults remains apple pudding, reminiscent in taste of charlotte or muffins.

But unlike such baked goods, it is not cut into pieces, but applied with spoons

.Ingredients:

  • milk – 1 liter;
  • cinnamon – a stick;
  • lemon zest;
  • sugar – 130 g;
  • chicken eggs – 6 pcs;
  • caramel liquid;
  • large apples – 3 pcs.

Preparation of apple pudding:

Pour milk into a saucepan, add cinnamon, lemon zest and sugar. Put the mixture on medium heat. Stir gradually. Then take the apples, peel off the peel and cut into small pieces.

When the milk boils, strain it through a sieve and pour it into the bowl with the apples

Now whisk the contents with a mixer or blender for 1 minute. At the end of the whisking, add the eggs.

Heat the oven to 170 degrees, with a lower and upper fire. Pour some caramel liquid into the baking mold and grease the bottom of the container. Pour in the prepared mixture of ingredients.
