Apple pie is so common around the world that it’s hard not to find a traditional recipe in at least one country. There are many recipes for apple pies.

Ingredients:
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- salt – 1 pinch;
- sugar – 4 tbsp;
- lemon – pcs;
- butter – 50 g;
- flour – 4 tbsp;
- leavening agent – 10 g;
- apples – 4 pcs;
- apricot jam.
Preparation of apple pie:
Break eggs in a bowl, pour salt and sugar, mix. Grate lemon zest and
pour into
the egg mixture.
Melt butter and pour into the egg mixture, stir. Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture and knead into a thick dough.
