Ingredients:

  • kefir – 500 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • salt – 2 tsp;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
  • baking soda – ½ tsp;
  • leavening agent – 1 tsp;
  • flour – 1 kg.

Preparation of patties:

In kefir we break eggs, pour salt, baking soda and baking powder, as well as sugar, pour vegetable oil and mix everything thoroughly. Be sure to start preparing the dough only after you have prepared the filling.

Pour the flour into the kefir, knead a homogeneous and soft not sticky dough. Leave the dough to rest for 15-20 minutes.
