Lazy pies are a quick and easy way to make pies without any hassle. They do not require molding and complicated shaping, since the filling is simply mixed with the dough.
Usually lazy pies are cooked in a frying pan or in the oven. For the dough, kefir, sour cream, cottage cheese or other fermented milk products are used. As a filling, cheese, sausage, herbs, eggs, mushrooms and other ingredients are added. Lazy pies can be both sweet and savory. They are suitable for breakfast, a snack or a light dinner. Lazy pies are prepared simply and quickly.

Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes – 2 pcs;
- Green onions – a bundle;
- Boiled eggs – 3 pcs;
- Kefir – 250 ml;
- Eggs – 1 pc;
- Soda – 1 tsp;
- Flour – 210 g;
- Sugar – 1 tsp;
- Salt – a pinch.
Preparation of lazy patties:
Pour baking soda and salt into warm kefir, break an egg and beat thoroughly. Sift flour into the mixture, add sugar, knead the dough.
Cut small cubes of potatoes, boiled eggs, chop green onions

Put onions, potatoes and eggs in the dough, mix.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry small patties from the dough on both sides until browned.
Place the patties on a paper towel to drip off excess oil.
It is recommended to serve with sour cream.
