A cutlet is a dish made of minced meat in the shape of a flatbread or ball. The stuffing can be meat – beef, pork, chicken, fish or vegetable. It is added spices, onions, sometimes soaked in milk bread or breadcrumbs. Then form cutlets and either fry them in a frying pan, or bake in the oven or cook on steam.
Cutlets can be as an independent dish, and an addition to the side dish. They can be served with any sauce, salad or just with fresh vegetables. In a word – cutlets are a universal dish for lunch and dinner. Therefore, it is worth knowing

Let’s tell you how to make tender melting cutlets.
Ingredients:
- minced meat – 500 g;
- melted cheese – pcs;
- onion – 1 pc;
- green onion – a bunch;
- salt – ⅓ tsp;
- black pepper – a pinch;
- dried garlic – ⅓ tsp;
- paprika – a pinch;
- flour – 2 tbsp;
- soy sauce – 3 tbsp;
- honey – 1 tsp;
- mustard – 1 tsp;
- water – 100 ml.
Preparation of cutlets:
Finely dice onions, fry in a frying pan until lightly golden.
Add fried
onions, green onions, cheese
to the minced meat, add salt, black pepper, dried garlic, paprika
. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, put in a cellophane bag.
Sprinkle the table with flour, cut out one corner of the bag
,
decant
into
small cutlets
.
Sprinkle the cutlets with flour, in a skillet in vegetable oil fry on both sides.
In a bowl with soy sauce add honey, mustard and water, stir. Pour the sauce into the pan with the cutlets, stir and stew under a lid on low heat for 5 minutes.
You get juicy tender cutlets. They can be served with a side dish of mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
