Ingredients:
- Cabbage – 400 g;
- Stuffing – 600 g;
- Onion – 2 pcs;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Paprika – 1 tsp;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Black pepper – 1/3 tsp;
- Flour – 5 tbsp;
- Water – 4 tbsp;
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml.
Preparation of cabbage cutlets:
Cut not particularly finely cabbage and onion, chop to a state of mush in a blender. To the vegetable mass put minced meat, beat an egg, salt, sprinkle with paprika and black pepper.
Knead with your hands a homogeneous mass of minced meat and cabbage mixture. Form cutlets, which are then dipped in flour.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the cutlets until browned on both sides.
Put the cutlets in a baking dish, pour water over them and cover with foil.
Bake the cutlets at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
