Let’s prepare juicy and tender pollock at home.
Ingredients:
- pollock – 2 pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- ground black pepper – a pinch;
- grain mustard – tbsp;
- onions – 2 pcs;
- carrots – 2 pcs;
- bay leaf – 2 pcs.;
- sour cream – 150 g;
- cream – 150 g.
Cooking baked pollock:
Cleaned pollock cut into small pieces, salt and pepper. Add mustard to the pollock, mix and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Cut the onion into quarter rings, fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes. Cut carrots into small bars and send them to the onions, fry for 3-4 minutes and salt.
Add a couple of bay leaves to the vegetables, cook for another 2-3 minutes. Put the pollock in a baking mold, put the vegetable roast on it.
Pour cream to the sour cream, pour black pepper to taste and mix. Pour the mixture of sour cream and cream on top of the vegetable layer.
Bake the fish in sour cream sauce with vegetables at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
After cooking, you can sprinkle the dish with chopped green onions.
